Back Up Boston’s Finest
Change and uncertainty are seemingly the only constants that we have had over the past couple of weeks. Each day we are faced with new challenges and new things that are impacting our lives. The health and safety of ourselves, our loved ones and our communities is of the utmost importance and the Boston Police Department and its officers are doing everything they possibly can to protect and serve the City of Boston.
Officers are confronting unprecedented issues and subsequently will be dealing with increased stresses both professionally and personally. The resources and solutions in dealing with these stresses have decreased. Our priority is and has been our Officers Mental Health and Wellness. The number of Police Officer suicides are already staggering and we do not want that to get worse during this time.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 to fund various Mental Health services and treatments. We owe it to our Officers to provide any and all services, treatments and solutions that we possibly can.
